Servers will be down from 25.1.2021 until 29.10.2021.

Received this today after

A) mobile lost connection to my in car B)Skoda Connect profile  - I'm now a guest in my car as my primary profile is offline

C) Skoda app offline

I've had enough, modern cars are moving to this operating live connected manner but they should as per other tech brands apple, Google, AWS etc have a cascade multiple server system

Along with everything else I've lost all looks on this car, and have asked for a serious conversation with Skoda UK as to what next, a year of nothing but Pfaff, when I'm driving I want to focus on driving not all this rubbish

Oh no, some additional online features aren't going to work for 4 whole days.

I presume they mean from 25.10.2021 ???

Today (25th Oct) my car won’t login as me - as in won’t load my profile, only as the Guest.

If I try to change user it says the function is not available (or words to that effect).

The car still works OK, other than some of the personalisation.

Had the same problem today and after latest OTA update I did take car engine to OFF and back to ON, then the problem was resolved after email login to Skoda Connect.

 

Also there was Android App update.

And I did login also to Skoda Connect web page and agree to new terms. 

 

Now all is working a little faster / regarding online service data..

I had the same issue on Monday in Hungary. I could use my car only as a Guest. 

But I haven’t received any preliminary notification from Skoda IT operation team. I think it would have been expected.

same here, in Romania, Wednesday.  

I could use my car only as a Guest. From Thursday, everything was alright. 

No outage info from Skoda tech guys.

In Serbia, I lost connectivity around 17:30 this Sunday. Interior Lights on dashboard got dimmed to 50%. Luckily I'm still logged in as primary user, but car is no longer sending its data to servers. No outage info of any kind.
