Vrs 245 wheel spacing?

Featured Replies

Hi all.

I know the usual go to on the 220/230vrs is to go with 15mm spacers up front and 20mm on the rear. .

But with the 245 having a wider rear track as standard, what's the "go to" spacing on the back?

Do the geminis' and xtremes have different offsets?. . Mines on geminis' so would need to account for that too If the offsets are different.

Any pics and examples welcome 😁

Morning,

Are you wanting the wheels flush with the arches or a little in?

Hi Damien.

Flush would be nice, aslong as there's no chance of arch scraping (my car is on standard suspension, but could it be an issue loaded up with 4 adults?)

Best thing to do is to hold something flat against the arch and then measure from the tyre sidewall to that. This will give you the exact measurement to get the wheels flush, you can then take a few mm off for clearance.
