Columbus - A folder not visible in SD Card?

I have ripped MP3s from my CD collection onto a 32GB SD Card. 

There are 3 folders but only 2 are visible in the car.

I can read the missing folder fine on my PC. I've tried deleting the missing folder and recopying but no joy.

There are about 150 songs in the missing folder. The other 2 folders that is fine has about 180 songs each.

Does anyone know what is wrong?

Have you tried another SD card?

I’ve reformatted the card as NTFS, and copied all the folders again and it now works :)
