Making high beams functional regardless of light switch position

Hey, I have a -15 Fabia Combi. 

Recently I've activated US blinkers through VCDS and really love the look of them with the LEDs up front. 

I just don't like how the halogen low beams go with the blinkers and LEDs currently. I was wondering, is there a way or VCDS tweak to make high beams accessible without low beams being on? 
(as in not pulling the lever towards myself, that obviously makes them light up but only for as long as the lever is held.) The high beams obviously won't come on when the lever is pushed away when the light switch position is on 0 or parks.

So far I've tried setting the auto light activation threshold so low the low beams would never come on and I'd get to keep the light switch on AUTO but that was a miss. Any help?
