Rain Sensing Wipers

Featured Replies

This is probably a long shot.

I find the rain sensing way too aggressive. It just beats the wipers and the motor to death on a nearly dry window.
I disabled it a while back and reverted to the five position intermittent settings.
I am wondering if there could be any software values to slide the entire drop count values to a higher numbers?

The switch on the top of the wiper stalk changes the sensitivity setting of the rain sensing wiper, did you try adjusting that before disabling rain sensing?

I did, still far too aggressive for my taste.

Have you ever had the windscreen replaced, if so is it a genuine Skoda one?

I found that on the minimum settings the rain sensing was so unwilling to turn the wipers on I had to click the sensitivity up.
