Bluetooth not working

Featured Replies

Hi all. Hoping to get some advice.

I have columbus unit in my superb. Car is 2011 and has multi function steering wheel and module under the seat. Module part numer is

5n0035730d.

Looks like module is dead because car does not comunicate with it and i dont even see option to use bluetooth in the radio when i press media button.

I am right that this car should have Dab radio too?

Do i need to find unit with same part number or can i fit one with same connectors? I have one big connector and also one for anthena o mine.

Tnank you.

I'm not an expert but it does sound like your bluetooth module has gone. It's worth checking the wiring first, it can get knocked loose. You can replace just that unit with no coding needed, just a straight swap out I believe. Other wiser members may correct me on that!
