New 2009 VRS LE owner trying to iron out some bugs

Featured Replies

Hello all.

I've just bought myself number 90 and have a few minor issues with it and was wondering if anyone else had the same problems.

1) I'm sure the boot is getting damp as there's always a misty back window.

2) I can't find a 'limited edition' badge that matched the worn put one I have.

3) I'd like a decent android stereo that will be easy for me to fit but I've been running in circles researching it! Ive got a Chinese one in my Golf and it just drains my battery and I don't want to make the same mistake again!

I look forward to hopefully hearing any feedback. Cheers!

Open the boot and the boot seal at the bottom will be full of water, flick the seal and the water will squirt out the little holes straight into the boot.

Easy fix is to cut some small holes in the bottom of the seal to let the water drain out, I used a leather belt whole punch.

I had to order a new Ltd edition badge from Skoda as mine had fallen apart, that was 6 odd years ago mind you, might not make them anymore.

Cant comment on the stereo....
