Access to estate aerial - removing lining, etc

I'm going to have to replace the aerial on my Octy estate - virtually no signal from it as the radio works fine on all bands when pulled out and just using the DVM lead as an aerial.

Can someone give me some guidance on what to undo and what just requires a pull to take off please ?
