Seat Belt gets stuck in B Pillar Trim, please check!

Featured Replies

I have issue where if seat belt is pulled out at extreme angle it will get jammed in the trim mechanism, the bit that rocks the seat belt sideways. The fix is simple you just pull the belt side ways or move the mechanism and it releases it.

I also checked our other brand car with same mechanism, its impossible to trap the seatbelt like with Karoq.

To me this is design flaw or i have faulty parts. Can anyone else try this and confirm?

yes I have exactly the same issue I showed it to Skoda and they said they were going to look into it, but I never did get any feedback! it still does it now not all the time very random I think its a design issue.

you have to get it in a certain position for it to stick.
