Error P00AF, 9121 Turbocharger converting unit

I have this error: 9121 Turbocharger converting unit. P00 AF 00. The car is very weak. Turbo is not. Does anyone know what might be? Is it the fault of the driver or maybe looking elsewhere. All hoses to the turbine are tight. Skoda has driven 12,500 km.
Please help.

Rear View Camera....again!

Noticed today that my rear view camera is seeing more than it used to, that is, I can now see some of the number plate and body work top and bottom. I'm sure it used to be just a nice clear picture of the rear without anything extra? Am I mistaken, does everyone see the number plate and bodywork?

Hi All, I know this is a topic that seems to have been covered a million times but my vRS has become a problem child. It was losing a small amount of coolant and I would get the odd whisp of steam from the back, I diagnosed a leaking EGR Cooler (confirmed with off car pressure test) and a small water pump leak. Bit of a long shot here. I have very recently bought a 66 plate Superb estate, which came with a steel 16" spare in the boot. It also came with the foam insert and tool kit for the 18" wheel, which obviously doesn't work. Does anyone have the foam insert from an old 16" sat around that they would be prepared to sell? The garage I bought from were not the most helpful, and I don't think that is likely to change any time soon. Cheers in advance.

I really don't understand skoda in terms of rear lights. Why make diferent version of light at the back. My kodiaq is the selection version and came with a black trim in the trunk (instead of the tailight trim) , i dont mind but the thing that bugs me is the trunk left and right stop that don't light up .I know this is not a kodiaq only thing, the superb is on the same page. The thing that i would like to ask is if they have leds in them or not, and if it is a thing that cold be activated via o
