I am dealing with a problems with lifting trunk (small door open) with the key - like in this video (at the begining)

 

 

 

You can see there that he lifts the trunk only by pressing the key... But this is not always my case. Mostly in winter the trunk needs push by me - not opening by only the key itself.

Is there some king of spring I can buy (on aliexpress maybe?) to help opening the trunk always in every situation? Or any kind of "push-up" tool?

I even asked in the Skoda service - they just told me it is "known problem" and refused to do anything...

Can you guys help me?
