¹11111¹Hi folks, getting to know my 2006 Octy estate more, but when I got it the pull out cover was in place and it doesn't retract. Can't see how to remove the caps to rewind it. Any pointers?

Found loads on EBay for less that £100 (main dealer replacement cost £204.60) so if I can't fix it I'll go there. I just hate wasting something that could probably be fixable with a bit of effort.
