Creaking noise

Ive been reading countless threads about creaking suspension which is an issue Ive been having  2016 plate Estate Monte Carlo 1.2 20k miles bought 3 months ago.

The noise mainly happens when pulling away from stationary and sometimes on braking.

The common theme seems to be creaking when going over speed bumps which is not the case with mine.  In fact when doing the bump/rock test on each 4 corners there are no noises at all. 

The noise does happen every time i put the steering wheel on full lock. 

Would this suggest a failed or failing CV boot?  No obvious faults to the eye.
I have lubricated all accessible bushes and drop links with no improvement.

Any help much appreciated as its driving me mental.
