With fuel prices being so high…….

Do you think it would be cheeky of me to ask for some sort of refund for the fuel in the tank of an Octavia that I have part exchanged for a new Kodiaq, it’s about two thirds full of diesel and the Kodiaq is petrol.

This situation must crop up regularly, I did get more than I was expecting for my old car.

I've been wondering the same. I am partexing with approx 35 ltrs diesel in the tank. The car I am buying is petrol and when I took it for a test drive the low fuel light/warning activated. I'll be asking for some petrol when I pick it up on Monday
