why do I need Two Forms of ID, and a V5 to a Skoda dealer in next town-to speak to Skoda UK-electronic not accepted

with all the global warming carp-cut you emissions etc, a pdf and or photo not acceptable.

why the *+_& would I need 2 forms of id and V5 in person to discuss a vehicle.

I'm not asking for or signing up for credit.

What are they hiding?

Hi again Hoping for some more good advice! Cam belt is at 40K ,5 years approx. I know there is a lot of controversy around timings of cam belt changes,and it seems the precautionary principle is the main view.Expensive principle but fair enough.I was having the belt changed because I could occasionally here a low rumble at tick over. Thinking tensioner pulley or something potentially very nasty. However,the rumble disappears when the clutch is pressed,and on my VW T4 I was told a new dual mass

Hi , hope someone can shed some light on a this . On an 2021 Octavia fault says. The regeneration frequency of Diesel Particulate Filter is not ok , says the fault is permanent . Car is due to go for software update , would this have something to do with it. Thanks

Hello Everyone. I replaced the rear brake pads and disc on my 2018 Skoda Kodiaq 2.0 Tsi today and thought I'd share some insights. This car has the standard 300mm rear discs. The bake pads and discs were the originals, having covered 46,000 miles!! First thing to say is that replacing the rear bake discs is a heck of a lot easier than replacing the front discs, the reason being that you don't need to remove the caliper carrier. This was great news to me because if you google the procedure
