weird question maybe. 

 

but could someone show me where is the proper jack points ?  

i tought i found it but quickly lowered the jack as i saw the part bend.

If you mean to jack the car using the one supplied with the car, there are dents in the sill to indicate where to put the jack.

 

If I use a hydraulic jack I have a hard rubber pad which is grooved to span the seam so that it isn't crushed.

I don't like jacking mine on the sills. I jack it under the chassis using a rubber hockey puck on the trolley jack pad.

I do the same as Lee as I don't have enough faith in the sills.

I use the same rubber pad for that purpose too, quick wheel change, use on sill, longer job trolley jack elsewhere and axle stands.

 

The pad I use has a square bottomed groove but the v shape should work effectively.
