Is this a scam email allegedly from VW?

I had an email today from "VW" about my extended warranty. 

I don't have an extended warranty.

But I did buy the car on PCP and paid it off.

The email address appears legit, but they can be spoofed.

There's no name or policy number (unsurprising as I don't have one) but there is a link to click on, I haven't. 

So is this part of a blanket email from VW and their adim is dire, or has someone hacked VW for email addresses?
