  I have a 2022 vRS hatch. Weird question but does your hatch boot opens silently? Cuz on my its sounds like a bang and pop, don't know how to describe it better. Its feels like its released from some tight tension or smth, and when i press (or move my leg) to open the boot it just pops with loud noise and then opens normally. It does close nice. I was wondering if this is normal? Because when i drove demo car i sure dont remember boot opening that loud.

The initial pop when you open it is quite loud indeed. Mine (2022 vRS hatch) is the same. To give you some context, my other car’s boot (2016 GLE Coupe) is almost, if not completely silent. I don’t think it is anything to worry about.
