First time posting on any forms but I have already found loads of useful information here I thought I would give it a go!

 

Background is 35yrs in the body repair and paint and have probably striped down and repaired/painted most Skoda's. So hopefully I might just be able to help someone.

First time Skoda owner, UK based.
Got my Scout from a dealer as an ex-demo late 2019.
I had been well pleased.
A couple of recent niggles though, brought a slight downgrade in satisfaction.
They also brought me to this forum.
I'd like to sort those niggles out asap.
And no, dealer hasn't helped.
I've joined hoping the forum will help return me to being well pleased!

I think you'll be ok, as long as it's not a wall of text, or the timeline of events jumps about you'll be just fine. 😁

IMO, a good way to start is to describe the symptoms you're concerned about.

Then people will chip in with questions to get more info, and offer suggestions as other things to check.

It's very often quite an iterative process.

It's nice to post what DID actually solve the problem when you get it fixed, too. 👍

This one million percent, it helps anyone else that gets the same fault to solve theirs.

New here, I've very rarely used any forums in the past. Two things have brought me here, the need for technical information and to post some items for sale.
