I have a 2018 model Kodiaq Scout and invariably when I connect my iPhone to the system to use Car Play the system keeps dropping out or crashes completely. Last year I had the SOS problem and I took it to my local dealer who fixed that problem but now I have this new problem. Is there a fix available or will I have to have a new unit fitted? My infotainment unit is Amundsen.

i think a software update is usually the fix but its a very very common issue with the VAG group. My tig had it garage sorted it next day i plugged my phone in using google maps and it had a funny fit crashed and the sos warning reappeared but then once google maps rebooted the warning sos light went thank god,
