It comes with climate control. the fan speed varies from fast to slow to fast and slow even when set to max fan speed. Will this be cause by resistor ? or what?

I've had 2 with climate for 8 years.

If set to AUTO, It does its own thing with adjusting the fan speed according to conditions and temperature.

If you manually set the fan that cancels AUTO function and the speed should be constant.

I don't think AUTO ever gets the fan to max speed.
