Now that I have my new superb I was wondering if lane guidance and other features can be enabled, the car is a 2022 SEL,.

As your car will have the 2Q0 camera, lane assistant can be added yes. The coding is fairly straight forward.

 

You cannot enable Traffic Sign Recognition at all though.

Not that obvious. Since 2020, there are SFD additional protections, which require a dongle. It may be not as easy as it used to be with VCDS.
