Creaking internal door handles

Hi,

As per title , now that hot summer days have come, car when been hot under sun, all the internal black handles they all produce annoying creaking noises  when pulling or pushing by hand.

Door cards haven't been removed at all yet.

Tried some silicone spraying thougougly as possible through slits but didn't prove to help  (not having disasempled any of them).

Would the only solution be to replace with new parts to eliminate at all?
