I pick up my new to me car tomorrow and it currently has the halogen interior lights. It was pretty obvious in the mk2 for how to pop the cover off. I'm not to sure on the mk3. Any tips please and I presume they are w5w t10s?

Yes, it does use those in the main units, so footwells, boot, glove box, are the same units as the MKII. However, the roof ones are LED’s on our MKIII L&K - don’t know if that’s the case on all MKIII specs. I replaced the boot ones with these; probably 3x brighter than the OE’s.
