Hello from Octavia Mk2 owner - help needed

Hi I was wondering whether anyone knows of a garage or handy with the tools in the York area that can assist in replacing a window regulator. She's an old girl, solid car but no longer need two vehicles so looking for a bit of help before selling. 

Broken window regulator and I'm not paying £350 for an oem window regulator when you can get them for £50-£100 off the Internet. Just need the window working for sale really!

Could just do with someone locally that's done this job themselves, or knows of a garage that will fit parts not ordered through the dealers.
