Hi, About 3 years ago I had the clock spring replaced as airbag light and clicking noises from the steering wheel. After they fitted this I lost all right hand side button functions and cruise control. 

This week same clicking noise again and the scrolling volume wheel on the left is not working and the horn isn't working. 

After reading a few posts in here I'm wondering should I replace clock spring again or buy used steering wheel from the breakers? 

Also I'm wondering if they have coding machine 

To me sounds like the wrong clock spring was fitted 3 years ago.
