EGR issue on code read

Ive just had my yeti 2013 2 WD  2LTD serviced by a friend/ mechanic.  all ok, and he ran a code read and he reset a few. 

The throttle position sensor fault came straight back on after a test drive.  Any ideas what problem this causes.  We have had a yellow indicator come on a lot over the last year, so i assume this is the issue (yellow indicator to the right of the temp gauge)

The low flow on the EGR valve is also an issue, but we dont get the EGR indicator coming on.

He will come back to me with some prices to fix these issues.  Just wanted to see if others on here know about these issues and what costs might be involved.
