Hi Guys!
   My 2012 Skoda Laura 1.8 TSi Manual, is facing issue with the gearbox, after shifting to reverse, the gear lever gets stuck and wouldn't return back. Even shifting from 2ns to 3rd gear, it goes to 5th gear, the shifting is not smooth like it used to. What could be the issue? The problem arise after a heavy rain downpour of almost 2 weeks and I never took the car out.  

Sounds like the gear linkage needs adjusting.

Problem solved guys, it was the Gear Shifter Clip.. its all good now..
