Rear wiper possible issue

Hi, 

I have a problem with my 2011 Superb, 

sometimes when I turn the car on the rear wiper does not work at all, I mean it won't start working until I shut the car down and start it on someday later. 

So basically if the rear wiper work it works all the time when I want and when the car is running, but sometimes it doesn't work at all. My question is does it have something to do with the park position of the rear wiper because I don't think my motor or fuse is not working?
