Hi as above. We heard a snap sound the last time the window close and now it won't open? It's got power and from what I can see the window wants to work just won't drop. Door card is off but nothing obvious. I've disconnected and reconnected the harness but still not working. Any ideas please? 

Doing some research it could be either the regulator or the motor. Is there any guidance as to how best to remove them for checking?

Problem I'm going to have is how to undo the clamps for the glass as I can't drop the window any ideas?
