Hi All

 

My Scala has recently started displaying the engine management light on the dash.

 

A code of P0441 is being displayed on my mates OBD scanner.

 

From carrying out some research online, it is relating the the Evap valve.

 

Is this something I would sort myself, or will it need booking in?

 

any assistance on instructional videos or part numbers etc would be a massive help.

Need to go dealer sounds like you over fill your tank you should stop filling at first click of the pump and not brim

Never go beyond the first click when filling with petrol. Light may go out after a number of starts without detected error. Not sure re Kamiq but I had this with my Superb after I brimmed it in Luxembourg on holiday shortly after I had bought it. Booked a visit to a German dealer - light eventually went out(after numerous starts) but I had it checked out anyway and I was told not to overfill. It's been fine since with a one click fill strategy.
