When the car is cold and I try to start it, it run for 1 sec and then dies. I need to try 10 times before it starts. I also need some gas. It can rev up to 2000 rpm and then die. 

If you then drive it a short period of time and stops the car it can behave the same. So I dont think it has something to do with fuel going back to the tank. After ut starts it runa normal. 

I have replaced the glow plugs and dieselfilter. No fault codes.

You don't give your engine code but I remember a thread on here about confusion on which fuel filter to fit. There were two type/makes, one of which caused something similar if I remember correctly.
