 Does anyone know the part number for the variable floor so I can find out cost? (Boot floor only, not the additional side panels required for it etc)

Nobody knows?  Can’t find it on the online websites for parts either

Which year? Estate or saloon? (Not sure if it’s only available on estate)

Are you trying to retrofit it or are you replacing it?

 

If the retrofit option - there are quite a few more parts involved. 

Yes retrofit but use timber battens fixed to be underside to work around not having the other components on the car.
