I think Skoda should help with the cost. Sometimes they do, but not much these days.

The Dealership made a nice profit selling the car to you.

 

Ask for that £65 back as they conned you.    Ask the Dealer Principal WTF their employee was playing at calling you and then the Technician doing the Brake Fluid change. 

 

It was a Demonstrator / Ex Management car, so the brakes will have been well used. 

Never raced, rallied or thrashed. much.
