Dq200 7sp dsg gearbox

Hi All 

Does anyone know which skoda octavia models and years were effected by the dq200 problems and from which year / model the fix came in? 

Is it likely to have been resolved under warranty if buying a second hand car. 

Tried to Google but couldn't find a good web page to explain.
