Xenon bulb change

Featured Replies

I’ve almost made my mind up on which new bulbs to go for, almost…

Do both wheel arch liners need to be removed to get access to the bulb, or is it just the passengers?

Thanks

On the assumption that you are replacing both sides then I'd assume you'd have to remove both liners

I did hear drivers side there’s more room, but not sure if I’m imagining it

Only one way to know for sure

That’s a shame, also I don’t see the how to guide, just blank

Am I missing the bit in the guide where the liners are removed?

Put front of the car on jack stands, remove front wheels, remove wheel arch liners.

Page 1 is specific to the wheel arch liner.

How many screws 😂

Makes me wish Skoda could have stolen the wheel arch from an A6, which has a removable panel to get to the bulbs

It doesn’t mention it in the how-to link provided, as that person could remove the bulbs without taking the arches out, but I guess he has skinny hands, which I don’t 😞
