My current project to upgrade the ICE in my Octavia VRs is now in it's third stage, and I'm looking for some advice for the next bit!

Firstly, many thanks to the people who replied to my questions regarding routing wires for my amps - I was aware of the tried and tested grommet-in-the-firewall technique, but needed some help on the finer points of removing / bending trim for access - I've learn lots in the process and hope to post a full photo diary soon if anyone is interested.

Anyway, I have a long list of questions

1.) What is the easiest way to detach the front speaker grills without marking / damaging anything? Where behind them are the clips' date=' do I stretch the covers outwards / push inwards / use brute force? As much detail as possible would be appreciated - I really don't want things to rattle when I put it back together again 'cos i've broken all the clips off!

2.) Now have the answer to this from searching - same as rear. Are the front tweeters wired from the front woofer location with an extra plug, as per the rears, or does the wiring divide further up?

3.) How do I remove the front tweeter covers? Again as Qu1, as much detail as possible please.

4.) How easy is it to thread extra cables through the flexible boot I the door hinge to woofer and tweeter locations- i'll want to add upgraded speaker cables as i'm going to add (another) amp. Will I need to remove the door trim to feed the cables properly to the tweeters? How easy is this to do without breaking things
