Hi can anyone suggest a cheap full screen stereo upgrade for my Octavia 2015..
I'm looking for sat Nav and apple play. 

Atm I have the standard 6inch screen stereo and don’t even have sat Navigation or the areial on the roof

 

lots on eBay but not sure which one to go for haven’t really got poineer or kenwood money unfortunately 😩

Hi cheapest option is go android. You have to fiddle a bit and mic is not great but other than that you get lots of apps.

so after deciding to upgrade my stereo I got one from our friends at Ali express and just fitted it

nice bit of kit 

although I can’t seem to get Apple play working through the link app  or DAB to connect..

any ideas?

all wired in ok pretty straight forward although the main look doesn’t give you much room to play with coming over from glove box side … and stupidly I disconnected the switch for passenger Airbag… and Yep I have the airbag light on dash now 🤨

my scanner won’t get into it

Dab isn't included, you need a USB dab adaptor. If your previous car had dab, you can get the antenna back, otherwise you have to add an antena.

 

This adaptor works good with dab-z or the dab included software
