What is this and where did it come from?

Featured Replies

I found this on the floor under one of the rear passenger seats the other day, while cleaning and re-assembling the car's interior after transporting a Christmas tree and an ornamental cherry home from a local nursery:

Can anyone shed any light on what it's for, and where it should go?  I'm assuming it's something to do with fitting a child seat., but since I've never had to do that I've never bothered to notice it before.

TIA

Its a cover for a rear anchorage point for a child seat.

Usually found on the rear face of Christmas Trees and Ornamental Cherrys 😆
