Should I have two reversing lights or one ....I have one only on the passenger side .

 

SE L only has basic rear lights so single reverse light.

Just to be clear: 

so they look the same as your 2nd photo 

That's only the matrix headlights that get those lights across the whole casings.

Something like VCDS or OBD11?

 

I’ve ordered Octavia SE L with basic lights and when it’s here in the UK, I would love to upgrade the tail light so it goes all the way, not really bothered about basic indicator rear light or rear brake light.

It's a completely different lamp so there is nothing you can code in. 

I got it now.
