Having headlight aiming issue

Featured Replies

Hello!

First post here.  I've got a 2013 superb 2.0 TDI elegance and the dash is telling me I don't have headlight bending.  I've looked at the level sensor under the left foot well and it looks really good, no rust but it's a bit wet.  I've also got an oil sensor light.  The 7.5A fuse blows immediately on turning the key.

Here is the diagnostic coding.  Does anybody have any ideas or advice? Please and thank you.

For anybody scratching their head about the oil light.  Maybe it stays on after changing things up ... my oil light turned off after changing a DRL bulb!  madness but it happened.

Looks like you've lost communication with one of the headlight control modules: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/02234

On a mk2 Superb, this is commonly due to water ingress as the control module sits on the underside of the headlight.

I would suggest you remove the headlights to check the is no corrosion etc on the control modules or wiring connectors 👍
