Workshop exhaust Fabia 1.4tdi

Hi all, New to the forum and thought I'd share a fault I had with my Fabia Mk 2 as hope it helps ye out. 

Details: 1.4tdi, 180k km, EGR valve replaced at 169k km. 

So workshop light with engine management light appeared on dash. Came on every time you started engine. Wiped fault and returned. 

Common Possible faults from research: EGR valve, vacuum pump. 

Couldn't be EGR valve as was changed, removed engine cover and areas and found pipe from EGR valve worn through caused by engine cover. Please see pictures.
