Automatic headlight fault

Featured Replies

I own a 2016 Skoda octavia 2.0 TDI DSG. I bought the car used. Ever since I have bought the car, it has had the automatic headlight fault. The fault comes up whenever I put the light switch on Auto. The lights turn on even though it is bright and sunny. The wipers keep wiping continuously if I put the wiper stalk on INIT. The OBDeleven scan shows "Rain/Light recognition sensor - No communication" Fault code U10F600, status is static. I have checked the wiring and it was plugged in properly. So I ordered a used module from ebay with part number 5q0955559a, same as already installed in the car. On installing the new used sensor, I get the same fault. So far I have replaced the sensor, checked the wiring if its plugged properly and I have also checked fuse 8 of fuse box but the problem has not been solved. I would like some help on solving the problem.
