So hi to all citigo owners.

Due to my mk3 superb recently has been written off I've decided to downgrade to smaller car.

After some research I've made decision to buy 2016 citigo colour edition 1.0 60hp 5d with around 38k miles.

I'm owning the car for just around 3 weeks and I absolutely love it.

3 first photos from the day when I bought it and rest shows my small mods Inc:

Fitting Garmin Pid

New Skoda fabia Monte Carlo leather steering wheel

Sound deadening to boot Inc carpets on sides

Boot floor mat

Smoked side indicators

Led interior light and boot light

Led numberplate light

Front grill wrapped gloss black

Rear lights tinted partially (just white bits)

And the biggest mod so far H&R springs.

Car is booked for remap tomorrow 😎

As my factory chrome grill had crack in one of the corners and my vinyl wrapping skills are not the best I've decided to swap it for citigo s model black grille.

Some may say it's a bit of downgrade but personally I prefer black grill especially on black car.

And yes superskoda sells black grill frames for silly price (think it's something like £100+)

Managed to get citigo s black grille for £15 so it's way better price 😁

Next job will be to take off front bumper 😂

Edit:

So you don't have to take of whole bumper to remove the grill, you need short flat screwdriver to unlock few clips on the bottom of the grille and it's out 😁
Bit fiddly as you need to bend grille bit forward and squize hand between radiator and grille but not that hard job to be honest. Took me 5min to take it off.

Last photo is the new one already fitted 😁

So decided to buy different wheels for citigo, initially planned to fit my RHZW1 but after today's test fit I will keep the Schmidt TH Line.
17x8 and 17x8.5 fits bang on, no spacers etc, need to give them good clean and play with tyres as 2 need to be replaced but if everything goes well they may be fitted over the weekend 😁

Can I ask where did you get the steering wheel?

Bought it of eBay mate, it's fabia mo te Carlo steering wheel, it comes without airbag but my original fits plug and play

So after some basic refurb, 2 new tyres, sealing them properly and special extended bolts wheels finally on the car.

Think they was well worth the effort.

Cleaned whole car today after these week snow so it's ready to hit the road to Ultimate Dubs tomorrow
