First Skoda, Mk2 Scout bought with some issues

Featured Replies

Just bought my first Skoda, Scout 2007. Love the look of these and have wanted one for a while. Got it reasonably cheap, few things need doing... ABS light which I've been told is to do with replacing the sensor and its wiring loom. I hoping fixing this will mean I can turn back on traction control which I've had to turn off as the car was 'pulling'.  Bit of an oil leak as well need to sort that.

Seems likely, but the most even a good code reader will tell you is which corner the fault is at, not whether it's the sensor, the rotor or the wiring that needs replacing.
