2013 Adventure near side front door trim

Featured Replies

Pulled the trim back on my Yeti to treat some rust, broke the strip of door bump trim 🤦🏼‍♂️ is there a place to go for door trim for the Adventure edition? (Is different from other?)

Also, any guides on removing fitting door trim?

Thanks!

I'd guess your local Skoda dealership, or if your lucky a scrappy if they have an Adventure edition in stock, or maybe one of the Czech web sites that seem to keep everything for Skoda cars (not surprising really given the country of origin.)

Is this the part you require??

SKODA YETI 2014-2018 LEFT FRONT DOOR TRIM - 5L0853517B

eBay item number:155256903884

The part Number is on the back of the trim.

You will need to remove trim & check the number.

Looking at the new part, its stuck on.

That is the item put into a link (don't be afraid to post, delete the ? and all the fluff after it)

The part you posted looks spot on, as the only other choice is black with no chrome trim.

Price wise it's £150 from dealers, so the eBay link is a steal 🤝

Removing trim, try some fishing line or thin nylon cord, It usually works but could be slow progress!

Dental Floss (the wide tape type) also works well.

These are all great tips! Thanks - must admit, did think this could easily escalate to me asking about a new door or paint shop recommendations if I’d gone at it with a heat gun 😆 especially when I read 100 degrees C! 🤪

can confirm local dealership have hit back with a £150 cost for the trim 🥸 as it has chrome on it 🤦🏼‍♂️ otherwise £60 without the go faster chrome.

will see if that eBay part is the same for the 2013 limited edition yeti.

^ ^ Couldn't think of its name!! Its an age thing!!  😞
