Hi people!

I have an issue with 2015 climomatic fan/heater 

It makes a whiring motorised noise intermittently when ignition turned off sometimes and sometimes when fan on it sounds like the motorised flaps are changing position again it's intermittent, I'm guessing it's the fan actuator motor as when it behaves the fan works ok 

Anyone know what part number or more info about this issue please? Skoda quoted £214 for the motor actuator but they said there are two 

Have you tried the air vents in all directions?

And have you had a fault code reader on the car before you spend loads with Skoda?

Hi I think I've solved it, I tried all positions speeds etc to no avail, I put a code reader in - no error codes recorded, however I went to euro car parts and got a new pollen filter and took the old one out, wow what a state that was in, so I put new pollen filter in and everything seems fine, do glad I haven't taken the heater apart but we'll see how we go from here. Also headlight wasn't clipped in correctly, they are awkward following the manual but I found that pressing the bulb in the correct position hard it makes a positive click!
