fabia vrs o'ring sizes for intercooler pipes

Featured Replies

As I'm aware of the boost leak issue I'm having and i cant afford a FMIC, I want to just replace the O-rings on the push connector seals. I have found all the possible sizes on skoda-parts.com

What sizes will I need and how many of each. I want to avoid having to disassembling the piping twice and measuring it. Cheers :)

(Just to Clarify I have a vRS 1.9TDI BLT)

It's not the seals that give problems, it's the lugs that wear causing the joint itself to be loose, most people just shoot some self tapping screws in to tighten up the joint.

I quite agree but doesnt putting screws in create a boost leak albeit minimal compared to the joint seperating?

No, they're airtight enough.

I’ve previously seen people try this and it doesn’t work.

I’ve inspected my orings and they are all completely worn. All I want is print sizes
