Hey all!

I have recently bought a Skoda Fabia II in Czech Republic, in pretty decent condition.  The only thing I didn't like about it was the A/C unit - same knobs as I had on my '98 Polo hah! So I ordered the ones as in the following picture.  When I got them, I tried to replace them however I noticed that they do not fit.  These are marketed for the Fabia II, and on every website I have found, they are identical.  My knobs have like a thin pointy stick which inserts into the unit, not a chunky cylindrical thing like these.  Any ideas/suggestions?  I cannot seem to find replacement knobs with the same  insert as the ones on my car, so am wondering if maybe there is a step I am missing (like making these fit or an adapter or so).
