This summer I need some work doing on my 1.9TDI

 

Timing belt and water pump

Clutch and flywheel

 

Please can anyone recommend a garage in the North East they've had good experiences with?

 

I can't afford main dealer or "approved parts only" garages

I'm in that area and have used Pulman Skoda Durham but as its dealer its pricey, I'm looking for a good independent as well so will watch this with interest. I have an excellent independent for regular maint. items, services brakes, suspension etc

I can recommend volkscentre in Blyth, I been using them since 2015, as they specialise only in VAG cars and provide excellent workmanship at very reasonable rates.  I had my DMF and clutch done by them back in 2016.
